100 % Chardonnay
Our Chardonnay grapes are cultivated in two vineyards of different altitude and ground qualities. While the vineyard on appr. 550 m sea level provides a good acid structure and the intensive aroma, the vineyard on appr. 400 m sea level grants the dense body of the wine and its local characteristics.
Colour: Straw-coloured
Aroma: Marked wafts of Ananas and banana.
Taste: The Chardonnay is full-bodied and has an agreeable acid structure.
Alcohol: 12,9 %
