100 % Moscato Rosa
This sweet red wine is also obtained from the grapes of Moscato Rosa. But in contrast to “Creazione Rosa” the fermentation of the grapes is carried out until the very end of it. The sugar residue is added shortly before bottling the wine.
Colour: Ruby
Smell: A rather distinctive smell of roses.
Taste: A balanced harmony between the lastly added sweetness, the acid structure and the tannins of the wine.
Alcohol: 10,5–11 %
