100 % Moscato Rosa

This special wine is gained from the vine Moscato Rosa, of which only the very best grapes are chosen. Two thirds are processed with the usual procedure, while the remaining third is carefully stored and dried in the attic. The two wines mature independently and are only joined by the time the wine is bottled.
Colour: Ruby
Aroma: The hunch of rose is very marked, but also the typical smell of wine made of dried grapes is noticable.
Taste: The wine is sweet, but in a well-balanced form for the tannins typical of Moscato Rosa are elegantly noticeable.
Alcohol: 11,5 %
