100 % Lagrein
For this wine we use the very best grapes of Lagrein at our disposal. These grapes are taken from the vineyards a few days before the general vintage, they are vinified in small recipients and are kept in steel barrels for two months. After that the wine stays in barrique barrels for 12 to 13 months and after bottling it rests for another nine months in bottles.
Colour: Dark purple
Aroma: The touch of vanilla and toast, which result from the contact with the barrique barrel, are very perceptible but do not fully cover the fruity aroma of the Lagrein.
Taste: The wine is very dense and corporal.
Alcohol: 12,8 %
