100 % Pinot Bianco
The Weissburgunder is cultivated in a vineyard on appr. 550 m sea level exposed towards the south-east. Half of the grapes are grown in simple pergolas, while the cultivation of the other half follows the Guyot method. The past hot summers have brought a full-bodied Pinot Bianco, which however is still fine and elegant.
Colour: Straw-coloured
Aroma: An intensive aroma with a marked scent of green apples
Taste: The Weissburgunder reveals a pleasant acid structure conveying the notion of freshness and strength.
Alcohol: 12,4 %
